  I had purchased an adjustable base and 2 Tempurpedic mattresses here last year and spent over $5000 on the purchase. I did not know how long it would take to "break my mattress in" but after a few months I started waking up in pain. I slept on my husband's mattress which was memory foam and softer than my mattress and realized that his was a better fit for me. I reached out to Shane who was the salesperson we had dealt with when we purchased the mattresses. We were a week past our trial period which was supposed to be 120 days after delivery, but I was hoping they could help by allowing me to change the mattress anyway. When I reached out to Shane he told me that we did not purchase mattress covers from Slumberland and therefore we did not qualify for the trial period! He never mentioned this when we purchased the mattresses and seeing as how we spent over $5000 on the mattresses, why wouldn't we spend a little extra to qualify for the trial period? We had purchased mattress covers off Amazon before the mattresses were even delivered because we wanted to protect our $5000 purchase. We asked to speak to a manager and he pretty much called us liars because he stated that he "was confident in what Shane told him"! If he had said no based on us being past the trial period then I would have been okay with that, but to say no based on the fact that we did not purchase mattress covers from Slumberland even though we were not told we HAD to? We had even asked about this and no mention was ever made of it. This is such horrible customer service especially after spending so much money for our 'forever' mattresses. I always feel like I'm dealing with used car salespeople when going to buy furniture. I will never be shopping at Slumberland again!

  Where do I begin! First off the sales rep Fred messed up our order. How do you mess up ordering a table and chairs?!? Than wrote down the wrong number for my husband. When the order was messed up he only tried calling my husband and not me. So when you call a number that’s not working to get ahold of your customer.. why do you not call the second number provided? When I called to check on the table and chairs. I was told the table is here, but the chairs are not in yet! I sent my husband and son to the store to pick up the table when they got there we were told the table was not there but at another location out of state. We just moved and have no table. We went in last weekend and expected that we would have to wait to get a table but not to have your sales representative order us the wrong set and make us have to wait even longer. We were told another 2 weeks! When talking to our sales rep Fred he made me feel like he didn’t care and wasn’t really his problem he messed up our order. We ended up asking for a refund. We needed the table this weekend for our daughters birthday party. Now we are scrambling to find a kitchen table before Thanksgiving. What a shame, we’ve been shopping at slumberland for many years but after this experience. We will never return.
